THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RIVERTON HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 11 AM MST WEDNESDAY. THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS BEEN CANCELLED. * SUMMARY AND TIMING...BITTER COLD TEMPERATURES WILL COMBINE WITH BRISK NORTHEAST WINDS FOR DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS BEGINNING EARLY THIS EVENING AND CONTINUING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. * WIND CHILLS...WILL BE FROM 25 BELOW TO 35 BELOW ZERO AT TIMES. * IMPACTS...WIND CHILLS WILL PRODUCE FROST BITE TO EXPOSED SKIN AREAS AND MAY CAUSE HYPOTHERMIA WITH EXPOSURES OF 20 MINUTES OR LESS WITHOUT PROPER PROTECTION.
