2nd Cliff Jumping Death Reported In Wyoming

In May this year, a 21 year old Nebraska man died after jumping off a cliff at Guernsey Reervoir. Now a second man has suffered the same fate at the same reservoir. Both deaths happened in an arm of the reservoir called Long Canyon
