The city manager says "a rash of dangerous buildings and subsequent demolitions" has depleted funds set aside for abating them; and as the new fiscal year is fast approaching, he recommends the City set aside money specifically for dealing with condemned structures.
"As a kid, I always explored this mall. I'd get into trouble and get lost looking around. I always wondered in childhood what it would be like to have this store. It sounds kind of wierd, but it's like a dream come true," says Nelson.
The entire state of Wyoming has been witnessing uncharacteristically warm temperatures for this time of year. After Tuesday though, this will be coming to an end.
