THE NATRONA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS IT HAS MADE PROGRESS IN ITS INVESTIGATION INTO FINDING WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A NUMBER OF CABIN BREAK-INS ON CASPER MOUNTAIN LAST SUMMER. Gov. Matt Mead's office says the governor doesn't feel it's the right time to talk election politics. The comments come after State Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill said she will run for governor in 2014.

GOVERNOR MATT MEAD SIGNED A BILL THAT TRANSFERS DUTIES FROM THE STATE SUPT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION TO AN APPOINTED DIRECTOR TUESDAY.
