8th Annual Casper Balloon Roundup [PHOTOS] [VIDEO]

When dawn broke over Casper on Friday and residents began to wake up, they looked up into the skies and saw something that they don’t normally see. There, right above their heads, were numbers hot air balloons. That’s because today was the annual kick-off of the Casper Balloon Roundup, sponsored by Re/Max The Group, Parkway Plza and Townsquare Media.

What Does Casper Have To Say About The CWFR? [VIDEOS]

Now that the CWFR has come and gone, we thought it would behoove us to “take to the streets” and find out what YOU thought of the Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo. The Food Of The Central Wyoming Fair And Rodeo [PHOTOS]

I ate burgers, and hot dogs, and corn dogs, and bbq, and funnel cake, and curly fries and ice cream. It was the greatest week of my life. Here are some pictures.

I’m not exactly sure why- maybe it’s the art of the sell, or the allure of taking people’s money because they’re too stupid to stop playing. Maybe I just like cat-calling people. Whatever the reason, I’ve always wanted to be one. That will never happen, so I resigned myself to just meeting a few of them at this year’s Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo.

Central Wyoming Fair And Rodeo Finals [PHOTOS]

It’s been a wild ride at the Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo, and we totally intended for that pun. This is because the Rodeo part of the CWFR has been a roller coaster (or a bull ride?) of emotions. There were winners, losers, dreams chases, dreams realized, and dreams crushed as men and women put i all on the line for their shot at glory. Here are just a few photos from the CWFR Finals.
