The Casper Police Department is continuing their high visibility traffic enforcement efforts, which were put into place after receiving a high number of traffic complaints.

Officer Darren Douglas will be conducting high visibility traffic enforcement in the following areas for the week of January 8th, 2018:

  • School Zones around Natrona County High School
  • School Zones around Centennial Junior High

From the Casper Police Department Facebook page:

"CPD is hoping by advertising each week where Officer Douglas will be working, individual’s habits and driving patterns will be altered and they will become more conscious while driving around our community. CPD would like to thank everyone who drives safely and obeys traffic laws while driving around our great community!"

Last week, Officer Douglas made 42 stops resulting in 60 tickets for traffic violations in the areas around Frontier Middle School and Manor Heights Elementary.

We will post the enforcement locations each week, along with the results of those efforts.
