Casper Police Looking For A Man Approaching Children-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]

The Casper Police Department is asking the public’s help in finding a suspicious man. According to police the white male is approaching kids at area bus stops asking children to help him look for his puppy or inquiring whether they need a ride home. The Casper City Council is taking another look at the city’s smoking ban. The council will take up the matter at its meeting this evening.
