It was yet another strong month for Casper-Natrona County International Airport.

Officials say the number of passengers that left the airport in February increased 24 percent compared to figures from February of 2012.

Casper-Natrona County International Airport manager Glenn Januska says strong regional economic factors are fostering growth at the airport.

"There are a number of things that are contributing to what we're seeing right now, like a strong local and state economy and people moving into the area. All of these things are positive, but you have to have seats for the passengers who want to fly," Januska said.

Officials say the airport has seen a 21.9 percent year-to-date passenger increase.
