A Casper man now admits that he threatened another man at a liquor store and bar facility with a handgun.

32-year-old Michael Litgen faces up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine after pleading guilty at Natrona County District Court on Friday to one felony count of threatening to use a deadly weapon.

Prosecutors say Litgen pointed a handgun at another man’s neck in an altercation at CY Discount Liquor in early June.

Back in June, Litgen told investigators he was provoked, pulling his gun only after the man placed his hands on him.

Litgen’s is currently out of jail on $25,000 bond. Sentencing will be set for a later date.
