Greg Nickerson explores Wyoming’s railroad history on March 28, 2013 in Casper.  Nickerson’s talk, “Wyoming, the Railroad State,” is presented by the Wyoming Humanities Council and sponsored by the Casper College Western History Center as a part of the 30th Annual Western History Celebration.

Nickerson’s presentation will be followed by remarks from Tom Rea, editor of WyoHistory.org a new, online compendium of Wyoming history that is a project of the Wyoming State Historical Society. Rea will show the website’s present offerings and discuss its future plans. The Wyoming State Historical Society is celebrating its 60th anniversary this spring.
