The Casper Bobcat junior hockey team played three, one goal games over the weekend at the Ice Arena but lost two of them to the Wichita Thunder. On Friday night, the Cats lost 5-4 after an entertaining first period with each team finding the back of the net three time. Ryan Radkem Trevor Roehrig, Steven Olik and Daniel Silar were the goal scorers for Casper in that game. On Saturday night, the Bobcats turned one of the best efforts of the season as they turned back Wichita 3-2. Olik scored twice for Casper and Joel Rothman had the other goal. On Sunday afternoon, it was another competitive game but the Cats came out on the losing end 4-3. Rothman scored a couple of times and Silar scored once. Casper is 13-26 in Western States League play and will have a 3 game road series in Cheyenne starting on Friday night
