Car Crashes Into House East Of Downtown Casper

A motorist was unable to stop his vehicle before it crashed into a house, east of downtown Casper.

Police say just before 7pm Tuesday June 24th, a car was traveling west on Collins Drive and was about to turn onto Jefferson Street, when the vehicle's accelerator got stuck.

The car then crashed into a house on the corner of First and Jefferson.

The driver was not injured, although two young passengers went to the hospital to be checked out.

The house was unoccupied.
