A Casper man is accused of having sexual relations with an under-aged girl that he met on-line.

Brian Bass has pleaded not guilty to three counts of second degree sexual abuse of a minor, and one count of third degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say through an interview with the victim, the incident took place in August.

The victim said she had met Bass through a smart phone app, and advised him that she was underage, but Bass stated it didn't matter.

Officers found evidence on the scene, where the victim said the incident took place.

When interviewed, Bass admitted what had happened.

He is awaiting trial and could face up to 20 years in prison on each second degree sexual abuse of a minor charge, and up to 15 years in prison on the third degree sexual abuse of a minor charge if convicted.
