RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) — Investigators say a 46-year-old man whose body was found on the Central Wyoming College campus in Riverton likely died of hypothermia.

A CWC basketball player found the man lying near the Wyoming Public Broadcasting Service office Wednesday. The man, whose name has not been released, was not a student at the college.

Police Capt. Eric Murphy says "it looks like he just lay down and froze. We found a couple of places in the snow where he had already laid down."has

The man was the subject of an "intoxication" report the day before. At about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, someone called for help finding an intoxicated man wearing a tan shirt and jeans on College Hill Drive. Police were unable to find the man.
