A bicyclist involved in a collision last week is going to be all right.

On Friday, August 31st, Casper Police responded to a collision between a motorist and a cyclist on Second Street near Legion Lane.

The cyclist was not wearing a helmet and was hospitalized for treatment of  neck and back injuries.

At least one witness says the cyclist pulled out in front of the vehicle.

Police say they aren't planning to file charges against the motorist.

Tom McCarthy and Anthony Pollreisz contributed to this report.
