If you ever wanted to get a first-hand look at what goes on during the rodeo from behind the scenes at Cheyenne Frontier Days, than you can take a free Behind the Chutes Tour. The tours follow the path of the bulls and broncs as the animals are rounded up and threaded through the gates on their way to the chutes and out into the arena. Guests encounter a special experience when they step into the chutes and finish the tour by walking across the arena.

The tours are held daily during the rodeo and begin in front of the Old West Museum by the "No Looking Back" bronze statue. Make sure you have the appropriate footwear.
