Beartrap, What’s New 2012

Beartrap Festival Tickets can be purchased online this year for the first time. That's just one of several changes coming to the festival on Casper Mountain. Another is a headliner band for both nights of the weekend.

Bob Price, for Townsquare Media in Casper, says that represents an investment in talent.

"Typically the headliners always been Sunday. This year they have the Marshall Tucker Band headlining on Saturday and then Steve Earl on Sunday."

Also new this year - the Bearclub - a VIP experience featuring a gourmet box lunch, coupons for beverages, and special reserved parking. VIP Bearclub seating is $125.00 with proceeds going to benefit Wyoming Veterans.

Other tickets, if you buy online before July 30th, are $35 dollars for each day or $60 dollars for the weekend. That's a ten dollar savings on the weekend pass if you buy online.

Beartrap 2012 is August 4th and 5th in Beartrap Meadow on Casper Mountain.
