Two people involved in a drug deal gone bad a few months ago are going to prison.

Thirty-nine-year old Barry Lund and forty-three-year old Lester Brown Junior will spend the next five years in prison.

Prosecutors say in February, Lund along with Justin Glidden, attacked and stabbed Brown, after Brown had shorted the other two on a drug deal.

Lund pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting with an aggravated assault, while Brown entered an Alford plea to charges of meth possession and delivery of a controlled substance.

An Alford plea is not an admission of guilt, but it is acknowledgement that there is enough evidence to convict a defendant.

As for Glidden, he is still awaiting trial in which he has pleaded not guilty to aiding and abetting with an aggravated assault charge.
