A woman has been sentenced for her role in the theft of another woman's purse.

Azaria Williams was given three years of probation after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit burglary.

Prosecutors say in late November, Williams was in the parking lot of the loaf and jug on CY Avenue, when another vehicle pulled up and parked next to her.

The driver of that vehicle then went inside the store and when she came back out, she discovered that her purse was missing.

Security video showed a co-defendant take the purse and she and Williams drove off with it.

Williams later admitted to police about the incident.
