Wyoming gas prices were essentially unchanged last week.

Analysts with Gasbuddy.com say the statewide average for a gallon of regular unleaded held near $3.62 last week.

Senior petroleum analyst Patrick DeHaan said the lack of price moment in Wyoming mirrors a lack of movement throughout the Intermountain West.

“In Montana, prices have held steady, in Wyoming, prices are holding steady – oil prices, really, have held steady over the past few weeks, bouncing around between $105 and $108 per barrel,” DeHaan said. “Until we see some moment there, it’s likely gas prices will hold.”

Gas is selling for a low as $3.35 in Casper, $3.45 in Laramie and $3.41 in Cheyenne.

DeHaan said the national average last week slipped less than a penny to $3.57.
