Seat Belts Save Lives in Rollover Crash Near Laramie

A dramatic rollover crash on the eastbound lane of I-80 near Laramie Tuesday caused several agencies and two helicopters to respond to the scene. Authorities investigating the disappearance of a 10-year-old Colorado girl are looking into whether it could be linked to the abduction of a girl in Wyoming.

Prescribed Burns Near Centennial as Soon as Oct. 10
The Laramie Ranger District is advising people that, if conditions allowed, a controlled and prescribed burn may take place on the west face of Bald Mountain, northeast of the town of Centennial.
The exact date the burning could occur is dependent upon suitable weather and fuel moisture conditions, but could happen as early as Wednesday, October 10th.

Fire Near Laramie Reaches 200 Acres
The Roach fire, which sent plumes of smoke into the sky that were visible to Laramie residents on Monday, has burned 200 acres. This, according to a regional spokesman in Colorado.
Reghan Cloudman, Public Affairs spokes person for Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland, says that the Roach Fire is estimated at 200 acres in the Old Roach area in the northwest portion of Larimer County, Colorado. T
