Have you been to the fair yet? If not, you do NOT know what you're missing. The food, the rides, the games, the people watching (Ohhhhhh, the people watching)- it all makes for one of the most exciting weeks of the Casper year.
The highlight of Summer for many citizens of Casper is Parade Day. Parade Day is an excuse to get off of work, get outside, spend some quality time with one's family and let the kids eat as much candy as they can get their hands on.
How do you know when Summer has begun? Is it the heat? Is it when baseball season starts heating up? Is it when your Grandmother makes her famous bowl of potato salad? Well, in Casper, one surefire way to know that Summer is here is when the Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo comes to town!
Another year has come and gone, and with it, the remnants of the 2011 Fireworks Festival that was held at the Casper Events Center. Approximately a million people (ok, maybe not that many) came out to see amazing bands, eat incredible food, and drink adequate beer.

"As we go on, we remember all the times we had together." Truer words have never been spoken. Thank you Vitamin C. That line is especially poignant for the Kelly Walsh graduating class of 2011. On Monday night, the graduates took to the stage to receive their diplomas, and start the journey to the rest of their lives
Congrats to the grads of NCHS! The class of 2011 held their graduation commencement on Sunday and a packed house witnessed all of the hullabaloo that usually comes with graduation ceremonies. Check out these pics of the proceedings
They say that laughter is the best medicine, and the lucky folks that caught Bob Zany and Keith West at The Attic on Friday should be in good health for the next few years, as the laughs were aplenty. Keith West and his lovely assistant opened the show with some magic, some dancing, and some very odd costumes, before Zany came on stage with his trademark cigar and one-liners. Not there? Check out these pics and videos to see what you missed!
