Free hot chocolate and cookies await all those hardy souls who love snow and winter at the Casper Mountain Trail Center this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 9 am to 6 pm each day.  Early winter snows and cold temperatures have allowed Natrona County Parks to open the Maize and Strube Loop for Nordic skiing
