I work in the news department at Townsquare Media as the morning news anchor. I also do the play-by-play of Casper Natrona and Kelly Walsh football and basketball. I've been part of the broadcast profession in radio since 1978 - in all aspects of the business in Hettinger and Lisbon North Dakota , and in Kingman Arizona. I'm a Wyoming native, growing up in Powell. My wife Vicki and I live in Glenrock where Vicki teaches at Glenrock High School.

Yellowstone Will Delay Opening-Morning Update [AUDIO]

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK SUPERINTENDENT DAN WENK SAYS SEQUESTRATION MEANS A  CUT OF $1.75 MILLION TO THE PARK'S $35 MILLION DOLLAR BUDGET FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE FISCAL YEAR. An air and ground search is underway for a missing plane bound for Laramie.  According to the FAA, the Cessna 172 was enroute from Meeker, Colorado to Laramie, but the aircraft never arrived.

University Names 4 Finalists For President-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]

The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees has interviewed the four finalists to be the school's next president. Winter Weather Advisories remain effect until 5pm this evening for the Casper area including Casper Mountain. Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches in the Casper area and 5 to 9 inches on Casper Mountain.

Wyo. Legislature Could End Session On Wednesday-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]

If the Legislature can stick to its schedule, it would mean lawmakers would finish on the 36th day of what was scheduled to be a 40-day session. Lawmakers plan to wrap up their general session Wednesday. The Wyoming House on Monday voted not to concur with the Senate on a bill that would allow a lottery and multi-state games such as Powerball in the state.
