High pressure overhead will bring lots of sun and very warm to even hot temperatures to some portions of the state for the next two to three days.  Daytime highs will top off in the 80s and 90s today through the weekend, with lows cooling into the 40s (for the higher elevations) and 50s.

Moisture will be in short supply.  The ridge overhead will not contain much in the way of available moisture, therefore not many, if any, showers or thunderstorms are expected.  Today looks to be mainly dry in most areas.  A few of the western mountain regions may see a handful of thunderstorms on Saturday.  On Sunday just isolated thunderstorms are expected.
