Artwork From Calendar On Display At State Museum

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) ā€” The Wyoming State Museum plans a display of artwork featured in the 2013 “Arts in Parks” calendar.

The display will be up from Nov. 8 through Dec. 30. The calendar works include oils, photography, mixed media, acrylics and watercolors.

The Division of State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails invited artists around the state to produce artistic depictions of state parks and historic sites. Some of the sites featured include Buffalo Bill State Park, Glendo State Park and Sinks Canyon State Park.

The calendars will be available through the Wyoming State Museum Store and from the Wyoming Division of State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails.
