Arson has been identified as the cause of a weekend fire at a butchering and game processing facility in Natrona County.

According to the Natrona County Sheriff's Office, at around 2am on Sunday (October 30th), deputies along with fire crews from Mills and the Natrona County Fire District were called to a fire at the Pearce Custom Butchering and Processing facility, on West Yellowstone Highway.

Fire crews were able to put the fire, but estimate that there was about $2,500 worth of damage to the building and some clothing inside.

The Sheriff's office says they have identified a suspect and the case is still under investigation.
