An Arkansas man is dead after crashing his motorcycle into a stopped car nine miles west of Hyattville in Big Horn County.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says 73-year-old John Moore of Lonoke, Ark., was killed when his three-wheeled motorcycle ran into a Ford Focus stopped on Wyoming Highway 31 for a cattle crossing shortly after 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Both Moore and his passenger, 15-year-old Clinton Miller of Jacksonville, Ark., were ejected from the motorcycle, which rolled three times after impact. Moore, who was not wearing a helmet, was found dead at the scene.

The passengers in the stopped car, which was being driven by 30-year-old Tim Kirkman of Redmond, Ore., left the scene uninjured. Miller was transported to a hospital.
