A Casper man and convicted sex offender, will be spending time behind bars after acknowledging that there was evidence that could prove that he re-offended.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say in February 2015, they were informed by a third party, that the female victim had been raped repeatedly.

A forensic interview was done with the Child Advocacy Project, and the victim said Hink often used force so that she couldn't move, and at times she felt like she couldn't breathe.

Prosecutors said they have DNA evidence taken from blankets that can link Hink to crime,

Hink is also a registered sex offender, and has an immoral and indecent acts with a minor conviction on his record, from back in 2000, according to the Wyoming Sex Offender Registry.

The 22-and-one-half years to 25 year prison sentence was for the first degree sexual abuse of a minor charge.

He was also sentenced to 10-to-15 years in prison for the third degree sexual abuse of a minor charge, but that sentence will be served concurrently, or at the same time as the other charge.

An Alford plea is not an admission of guilt, but acknowledges that prosecutors have enough evidence and/or testimony, that it would get a guilty conviction from a jury, if the case had gone to trial.
