Central and southeast Wyoming will continue to see strong to gusty northwest winds through this afternoon.  Temperatures will not be as cold as they were yesterday.  Expect afternoon highs to rise into the 20's and 30's throughout the region.  Expect strong gusting along southeast parts of I-80 and I-25, with gusting as high as 55 to 65 mph at times.  Light and high profile vehicles will need to use extra caution when traveling today.  Watch for flurries and light snow showers across the southern mountain ranges as well.  Scattered snow showers push into central and southeast Wyoming by Thursday.
