As another cold front moves through the state, snow will continue to spread from north to south today into tonight.  Some wind accompanying the snow will make for areas of blowing and drifting snow and reduced to poor visibility in some areas.  A Winter Weather Advisory has been posted for much of northern and central Wyoming as well as the eastern third of the state through 6 PM this evening.  In the southeast the Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through 12 midnight.   The northeast and south central mountains are in Winter Storm Warnings.  Temperatures will continue to drop along the front with highs for much of the state only in the 20s today and teens for tonight.

The weather improves again on Tuesday, but temperatures will still run below average for this time of the year.  There will also be a few lingering snow showers in the state’s mountains and flurries in the southeast.
