A Casper man denies that he was in possession of pornographic files involving minors.

21-year old Andrew Hibschweiler has pleaded not guilty to one charge of possession of child pornography.

According to investigators, in November of last year, a computer technician was working on Hibschweiler's computer when the files were discovered.

In an interview with police, Hibschweiler admitted to downloading and viewing the images, and thought he thought he had deleted all the files.

When his computer would not let him access his information, he took it to a computer technician because he thought he had a virus.

Hibschweiler is free on 25-hundred dollars bond and could receive up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
