AMBER ALERT For 2-Year Old Cheyenne Girl-Morning Update [AUDIO]

The Cheyenne Police Department has initiated an AMBER ALERT for a 2-year old girl believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial mother Tuesday morning. Another day of searching has failed to find any trace of a small plane that went missing in western Wyoming.
