Lingering morning fog will be found across western Wyoming today, especially in the valleys and low-lying areas.  Fog will diminish quickly into the late morning hours.  Expect improving weather conditions throughout the state for the rest of the day as higher pressure builds over the area.  We will see developing sunshine, mainly dry weather conditions, and breezy winds statewide.  Temperatures, however, will be cold and below normal with daytime highs in the 20's and 30's.  Expect reduced visibility this morning across western Wyoming.  Roads could also be slick and icy across southern Wyoming for much of the day, including all of I-80 and southern portions of I-25 and US-85.  Otherwise, expect no other major travel concerns today.  High pressure will continue to control the weather on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Sunny to mostly sunny skies, mainly dry weather conditions and closer to average temperatures are possible during this time.  Winds will stay breezy to gusty on Wednesday and will then increase and become strong by Thursday afternoon into Friday.  We could see winds gusting between 35 and 50 mph at times.
