A Soldiers Silent Night [VIDEO]

One of the perrenially most requested holiday offerings around K2 Radio is this piece called "A Soldiers Silent Night." This was inspired by a poem written by U.S. Marine Lance Corporal James Schmidt and was first published in Leatherneck magazine in 1991. This is read by Father Ted Berndt a proud U.S. Marine who served in World War II. Sadly Father Ted passed away in 2004 after battling pancreatic cancer but his memory lives on in this tear-jerker that we love at Christmas time.
