Cool temperatures start the work week, across eastern and southeastern Wyoming.  Expect today's daytime temperatures to reach into the upper 30's and low 40's by the afternoon.  Winds will be light to breezy with no significant gusting expected.  High pressure resides overhead, and no major weather systems are expected to bring precipitation for the next few days.  Winds will increase through, between Tuesday and Wednesday, with stronger gusting winds across the region.  Temperatures will also increase through mid-week and for Thanksgiving Day, with highs mostly into the upper 40's and low 50's.
