Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms will once again be a possibility in the state.  The south and the mountains will be in the best position for thunderstorm activity later today and this evening.

Temperatures will remain hot and toasty and top off in the 80s and 90s.  Lows will cool into the 40s and 50s at night.  Temperatures  will stay very warm to hot for the next few days as well.

Wednesday and Thursday will provide for more available moisture to combine with that daytime heating allowing for better chances for thunderstorms statewide.  Expect scattered showers and thunderstorms both days.
