A Casper man is accused of committing sex crimes on two different under-aged victims.

Thirty-one year old Rene Bustillos-Carillo has pleaded not guilty to one charge of first degree sexual assault, three charges of first degree sexual abuse of a minor, four charges of second degree sexual abuse of a minor, and one charge of third degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say through interviews, the crimes took place between 2011 and 2013 with one victim, while the other happened between July 2014 and this past February.

Carillo told police that his actions were first playful, but then later admitted that they eventually became inappropriate.

He is being held on $500,000 bond awaiting trial, and he could face between five-to-50 years in prison on the first degree sexual assault charge, between 25-to-50 years in prison on each first degree sexual abuse of a minor charge, up to 20 years in prison on each second degree sexual abuse of a minor charge, and up to 15 years in prison on the third degree sexual abuse charge if convicted.
