Casper Police arrested a man who allegedly beat his pregnant girlfriend after she refused to have sex with him, according to an affidavit filed with Natrona County Circuit Court.

Dillion Wise is charge with one felony count of aggravated battery and one misdemeanor count of interference with an emergency call.

Circuit Court Judge Brian Christensen set his bond at $15,000. He will have a preliminary hearing within a few weeks to determine whether his case will be bound over to district court for trial.

The case began when police responded to a house on East 12th Street shortly after 11 a.m. Thursday after her father reported Wise had assaulted her.

The alleged victim said she is four-and-a-half months pregnant with Wise's child. The two began arguing about 9 a.m., and she refused his demand for sex. He crawled on her and held her down, and she told him to get off and finally bit him. The fighting escalated. She ran downstairs into her father's room.

She told Wise the baby was his, and he responded that he hoped the baby would die. Wise entered the kitchen, punched the refrigerator five times, punched himself three times, and grabbed her hand and made her hit herself in the face twice.

She tried to get phones, but Wise took them away from her.

She tried to flee in her mother's car to go to the police station, but he took the keys from her.

Wise left the residence and later returned with his mother. He wanted his belongings and his dog. His girlfriend gave him some of his things through a window near the front door, but he kicked down the door to drag his dog out of the house.

Officers observed marks on both their bodies.

Wise told police that his girlfriend initiated the fighting. He also said he would plead guilty to a family violence charge but not an interference charge, according to the affidavit.

Police also interviewed Wise's mother who said she "believed both of them needed to grow up and they should both be in trouble," according to the affidavit.
