A Worland man and convicted sex offender, is accused of committing a similar offense.

Forty-eight year old Raul Trujillo is facing four counts of second degree sexual abuse of a minor, four counts of third degree sexual abuse of a minor, and one count of sexual exploitation of children.

Investigators with the Mills Police Department say earlier this month (October, 2014), the father of the victim said he had been informed by his daughter's school that she was the victim of a sex offense, and was afraid to go home, because she was being molested by an unrelated adult male at the house.

It turned to be Trujillo, who had been released from prison in December 2013, after serving 15 years for a similar offense.

When interviewed, he admitted committing a number of various acts on the victim.

Police also found out that Trujillo had taken some pictures of the victim in various stages of undress, which were later logged as evidence.

Trujillo is being held on $150,000 bond awaiting trial and could face up to 20 years on each of the second degree sexual abuse of a minor charges, up to 15 years on each of the third degree sexual abuse of a minor charges, and five-to-12 years on sexual exploitation of children charge, if convicted.

He has two prior sex related convictions on his record.
