A Casper man is admitting that he had a number of files on his computer, of children committing various sexual acts.

Twenty-two year old Travis Miller has pleaded guilty to one charge of sexual exploitation of children, by way of child pornography.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say between last October and June, they had downloaded a number of child pornography videos, which came from a computer with an IP address, that was traced back to Miller.

In most cases, the video showed children that were 10 years of age or younger.

When interviewed by Agents of the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Miller admitted to using a peer-to-peer file sharing network, to look for and download child pornography videos, and transferred some of them to a thumb drive, which agents later confiscated.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors will seek no more than a three-to-five year prison sentence.

Miller is being held on $25,000 bond, and will be sentenced at a later date.
