Wyoming Central ABATE presents the 33rd annual Blessing of the Bikes and Safety & Awareness Day Parade on Saturday, May 4.

The Blessing of the Bikes is from 9 to 11:30 a.m., in the River of Life Church parking lot, next to Hobby Lobby on 2nd St. The Awareness Day Parade assembles from 11:30 a.m. to noon in the eastside Wal-Mart parking lot. The parade will end in Glenrock for lunch and an auction at the Deer Creek Bar. In 2012, WyDOT reported 13 motorcycle deaths on Wyoming roads.

They are also needing auction items to be able to donate money to the Boys and Girls Club of Glenrock. The auction will be at Deer Creek Lounge with the BBQ.
